Scattered Sites

Scattered-Site Rental Project involves 9 single family rental units and one duplex, all located within Spokane Community Development neighborhoods and purchased in March of 1996. Approximately $75,000 in property upgrades and repairs were made throughout the summer of 1996. This project provides 11 units of affordable rental housing for low-income families and individuals at or below 50% of median income for persons with disabilities.
