26 Unit HUD Section 8 Family Housing, there are 14 three-bedroom townhouses, eight  2-bedroom townhouses, and four 4-bedrooms single level units.  Each unit has its patio.  Built in 1979, renovated in 1999. All units are available to families with incomes below 30% of the area median. The tenants pay one third of their income.
