The Crestview Apartments are a 22-Unit USDA Family Housing complex located in Goldendale, WA which is just 11 miles from the Columbia River in an ideal site for fishing enthusiasts. Great outdoor activities are always available nearby. The apartments are in a friendly rural community with easy access to local shopping and businesses. The complex comes complete with lovely landscaping and a great view of the mountains. Crestview was originally built in two phases. Phase I was built in 1983 and Phase II in 1984. The complex was renovated in 2012. The unit mix is comprised of six 1-bedroom units, twelve 2-bedroom units and four 3-bedroom units. Crestview Apartments is partially subsidized with subsidies offered on 16 out of 21 units through the USDA Rental Assistance program.
