Catherine Johnson Court

Catherine Johnson Court includes 36 units of housing in the Spokane Valley. The housing complex opened in October of 1996 and offers 18 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom units, eight of which are barrier-free. Rents are affordable to household with incomes between 30% and 60% of the area median. There are additional accommodations for disabled persons and large families.
